Who we are
The team brings together a trim well thought out and deliberate blend of legal specialists, generalists and academics in law. The team members have diverse robust legal backgrounds having worked in the financial services sector, top tier law firms, international tribunals, international organisations, in-house sector, and academic/research institutions.The founders of the firm (David and Nelly) have been trained both locally, regionally (East Africa and OHADA region) and in foreign jurisdictions including, Switzerland, Germany, and South Africa. All studies supported by full scholarships from the Swiss Confederation and DAAD.
We optimise best practice by blending local, regional and international standards.
